Super energetic read and smooth recovery when needed. I don't know what the product is but I'll take two. Very nice!

Great energy to start us off here, but it comes off more as a little too “yell-y” and it can come off as a bit aggressive. But I can feel hints of a warm smile when you read this, so try to keep that more consistent when you read more and more. But all and all that means that you are trying to project right now and that’s awesome to see you give that good attempt.

You have some good pacing that you’re able to be clearly understood! You don’t move too fast, or too slow, just right. As when it comes to pacing if we end up going too fast or slow, it may affect the audience’s retention which is definitely something that we don’t want. But at the same time, we have to be able to mix up the pacing and tempo too. Think of how we speak to people, we speed up, we slow up, and even sometimes change how we approach and pronounce different words. Which goes into my next point, try to mix up how you pronounce each sentence, when you go into the listing of the benefits (No payments, no entry fee, etc.) there’s a bit of a repetition when it comes to how you say the word, “No” which can definitely make it sound same-y and gives off what is called the “droning effect” where it becomes white noise and loses that audience retention that Bit of flubs here and there, and I feel that can be fixed by reading the script as opposed to approaching this cold.

The big things I want you to take away from this outside of the critiques, is that you have a good energy and approach to these reads, and when you flub, you just reset and restart and try again, which is something that doesn’t get highlighted enough.

Overall though, I’d say that this was a solid start and I know that your progress is going to get better throughout this course, keep practicing, and keep trying!
