Monaca is the mage in the Warriors of Hope. She has a relatively twisted mind when it comes to despair and hope. She seems like an innocent girl to the other Warriors of Hope. She tends to have tantrums over the little things and she also speaks in third person. She has a soft and high-pitched voice. She also tends to yell a lot due to her tantrums, she also laughs somewhat insanely at time.
Buuuut youuuuuuu knowwwww, I doooon't caaaaaare about what grown ups have to say! (Yell because you are throwing a fit)
We decided to take this filthy, prime ridden penal colony of a terrible awful city, and establish a "Children's paradise, by children, for the children." (Say this like you are kind of declaring your point, but its not a demanding tone either)
At least all the pieces are in place. Now we just have to wait for the lid on despair to be lifted...Ahaha i'm looking foreward to it~ (Slowly lose sanity while reading this line. When she starts to laugh would be a great place to go a little more rough on her voice into a more insane tone)
