I have to preform this line in front of someone very important to me, and I would love to hear your deliveries for inspiration! I will give feedback on every single one if you would like (PLEASE specify if you do or do not want feedback). Obviously I will not be stealing anyone's takes verbatim! Sarcastic / witty You’d think having a dad who’s an evil scientist would make me… I don’t know, cooler? More mysterious? But nope. Instead, I get stuck with embarrassing stories about ‘inator’ machines blowing up in his face. Everyone else’s parents are normal, but mine? Nope. Mine’s building shrink rays in the garage. And what’s worse… sometimes I worry I’m gonna end up like him. Do you know how scary it is to wonder if evil is, like, genetic? But then I think… maybe I get to choose. Maybe I don’t have to be the villain of my own story.
