King Koopa is the villain of the film. 
he is kidnapping princess peach in this version of Mario to try marry her to rule her kingdom
He is obsessed with her, and makes her uncomfortable to say the least. 

Make him sound evil, but a bit of a goofy villain. 

The sides they read from:

  • (Cheerful)
    Say, Sweet Peach, about tonight's wedding...what kind of wedding dress do you want? 
    Pink? White? or maybe..- (is cut off)
    B-but I am the only one who truly loves you, more than anyone else, Sweet Peach. 

  • (evil laugh as he grabs her)
    That sort of trickery won't work on me, Sweet Peach. 
    Now, I hope you won't think of any of anymore stupid things like trying to escape.
    (Peach protests that Mario will save her)
    (Speaks slyly)
    Mario? He won't come.
