Bruce often leans on his insights for matters pertaining to the Gotham City council.
Lonnie is brash, arrogant, and perceived by many as "radical", but he's got a heart of gold underneath it all, and wants the people of Gotham to be happy, healthy, and safe-- even if his preferred way of getting there might involve a guillotine or two.
