Sector F
Sai Clark (they/them) for Marnie - Idk guys, I can't think of any more like creative little quips😭
Alright, this is the final member of the main cast! Well, kind of. They are the seventh member of Team F. There is another one, Ariana, but I already have a voice actor for her. I might actually put her up anyway though, just in case my friend isn't able to do it. Anyway, Marnie is a robot, and because I also make video games, my first thought with their character was scripts. Essentially, every morning they have to eat a script, the determines everything that will happen throughout the day, and exactly how Marnie has to respond. What Marnie has to think and feel and say are all predetermined by their daily script. Marnie has very little control over this, though a little later in the show, I want the scripts to get things wrong, even if only subtly at first. For example, Let's say one night, before their script ends, it tells them river will enter the room and ask Marnie how they were going. And so, when Marnie hears the door open, they pre-emptively say "Hello River!", only for it to actually be Iris, and not river! This could possibly be the consequence of them subtly altering the script earlier in the day as well. This led Marnie to improv it, something they aren't used to at all. I want their arc to focus on a recognition of oneself, taking control of their own life, doing what they want to do, not what other have set for them.

(Bright, Robotic Cheerfulness, though with a warm undertone, like they genuinely are trying to feel happy, even if it's scripted.) "Today is a good day. I will smile lots today and meet with all of my friends! Hello River! Hello Iris! Hello Leo! Hello Radley! Hello Ariana! Hello Echoe!"
(Soft, subdued delivery. hesitate before "sadness" as if they don't really feel it.) "I am currently experiencing... sadness? It will last around 1 minute and 17 seconds, please, do not approach me during this time."
(Start with confident anticipation, then shift into confusion and recalibration. The pause after “River” should feel like a system hiccup. The rest is hesitant, like they’re guessing what to say next.) "Hello River!" *Pause* "Oh, Hello Iris. Would you like to... sit down?"
