A cameo. An inmate at Akrham who taunts Batman as he walks the halls. Zsasz is a prolific serial killer, infamous for scarring his body anew for every one of his kills.

Anthony Carrigan's performance is a great one, so you can't go wrong with that as a reference-- but feel free to draw on other sources as well!
