One must wonder how could the bubbly mascot for the marble waves: seaglass shores indoor waterpark and resort, come to life to be the face for such a cruel and twisted project. One might assume Neptuna gets joy from seeing such tragedy, but the truth is that she doesn’t quite understand the game around her. Being programmed to think of everything as a harmless game, she would come off as cute if she wasn’t programmed to be utterly useless and often being a hassle to both her creators and the “guests” of the resort. Despite this Neptuna truly wants everyone to have a good time, despite the fact this game is the farthest thing from a good time.
Neptuna has a medium-high tone and is meant to sound kinda clueless and dumb, but happy to entertain. Very friendly sounding

But don’t worry about a thing, I am going to keep you entertained in this aquatic paradise. So come on let me show you around!! (excited squeal) Ooooo!!! We got the lazy river, and the kiddie pool, and the wave pool, and the normal pool, and six water slides, and the water playground, and the hot tub!! Oh, oh and of course the resort area with the hotel rooms, and the gift shop, and there's an arcade!!!! And so much moreeeeeee THIS IS SO FUN!!! (her voice softens) You’ll have such a good time here, I promise”
(talking to the baroness, peppy) “So boss, why did you ask me to come here? I mean you never really want me in your office. Huh? You want me to lead… a game!? Oh, why didn’t you say so!!!
