Asriel is currently known to be in university, so his voice should be that of a older teen- young adult. Personally, I imagine his voice sounding a bit soft-spoken and quite nerdy due to some of the sparse bits of descriptive dialogue we get of him throughout deltarune.

(nervous) O-Officer Undyne! Uh, w-we weren't doing anything with these fireworks, me and Dess were just.... supervising them!
(almost crying) I-Im sorry! I-i-i didn't mean to! Bu-but i was like, playing the game, and I just misclicked and the lizard fell in!
