Skul for Belac
Belac is a supporting character. He is a powerful demon and the absolute authority on quality and refinement in Hell. He is extremely arrogant, blunt, and carries himself with an imposing, rustic severity.
His voice should be deep, gravelly, and gruff. He speaks with a natural, commanding authority, often with a tone of impatience or disdain, as if everyone around him is incompetent.
(Disgusted, looking over a messy area) “The quality of the work reflects the quality of the supervision, I see.”
(A rare compliment, yet with some kind of sorrow) “You possess a gift, and you waste it, casting it like scraps to the wailing dead who cannot appreciate its structure.”
(Cynical, rude) "Do not speak to me of diplomacy. Respect is commanded, not begged for.”
