Summary
Classic New York Italian business man without being too cheesy or tongue-in-cheek. King Vinny is an honest man with an honest business as a galactic handyman, working maintenance, construction and anything in between.

He'll take on just about any odd job and is always hustling from one place to the next. He often takes on more than he can handle alone - and is more than happy to share his work load with the player. But despite his busy lifestyle, he has a begrudgingly paternal instinct and wants what's best for the people around him.

Super street smart, probably has some little story about how he dropped out of high school to keep the family hardware store running. Has a sort of "kids these days" attitude that he sounds a little too young for, but isn't mean-spirited.
