Pharaoh_Parker for Clerk "Robert" Riobárd Gale
Riobárd Gale is an Eastern Breton, but suspects he has more Reachman in his bloodline than anything. Due to his humble birth, he's struggled with climbing the ranks of the traditional Noble class sytem, but keeps at it due to wanting to be recognised for his efforts.
He's currently under the employ of the Roche Company Office, a transportation, trading and delivery service company with two main branches, Naval and Caravan.
He's only at the rank of Clerk within the company, only two ranks above a Freelancer employee, but he feels comfortable in his post, getting to deal with customers at the Solitude Inventory, who are either picking up packages or sending them along.
Self-aware of his Eastern Breton status, Riobárd has come to refer to himself as "Robert", a far more Bretic sounding name that he hopes will make things easier for him when interacting with the nobles of his home province, his boss especially, Ane's father.
The character was imagined having an Irish accent, leaning towards the more Gaelic/Celtic influences of Bretons, which in later installments of the franchise have been more common towards the Reachmen population, and the Forsworn.
This character is a minor npc, and something of a quest giver and vendor, but he'll show up a few times. There are no plans for the character to use actual Irish words, but if he becomes more important as the mod continues, that might be changed to give flavor to the character.

"Welcome to the Roche Company Office’s Solitude Inventory. You appear to be a new face. Are you here to pick up a shipment or delivery?"
“Me? Oh, I’m just a lowborn Ostern, probably with some Reachman in me. My Full name is Riobárd Gale, but I go by Robert for the sake of my job. Easier on the tongue for outsiders, and makes me more approachable to those who prefer a Bretic fellow.” (An Ostern?, the Player asks.) “Just one of the many sub-groups of us Bretons. It means Easterner, since my family is from the West Reach. The Office Master of the company, his Grace Duke Theodore LaRouche, is a Bayard for comparison, the most common type of Breton, who are usually noble in blood. I do have a book on the subject if you’re curious, just on the counter there.”
(What exactly is this place? An “inventory”?, the Player asks) “(Slightly mockingly) Hah, really?” ”(Clears throat and speaks normally) Apologies my esteemed visitor, it’s not often people waltz in here without knowing what this place is. It is a bit out of the way for a reason, so that only expected customers arrive. But yes, this is an inventory. Essentially, it is the task of this office to overlook any materials that the Roche Company is keeping here in Solitude. Most of our inventory arrive either by caravan or ship, and is kept safe in the East Empire Warehouse, which we pay rent to, until the owner of the package arrives to pick it up, or we get orders to send it away to another destination.”
