Varna is a minor supporting character. He is a veteran of Hell's menial jobs, and he is the embodiment of apathy and deep, soul-crushing weariness. He's seen it all and is impressed by nothing. 


His voice should be low-range, bitter, and slightly monotone. He should sound drained of all life energy, being cynical and tired.

  • (Resigned, bitter) "Farms, restaurants, rubble… Seems I have a natural talent for places nobody wants to be."

  • (Weary, tired, slightly bitter) “It's about the same as yesterday. And the day before that."

  • (Contained anger, cynical) “Fine. I'll move the same dirt from one pile to another... again. The illusion of progress is all that matters, isn't it?"
