Izumi is a tireless whirlwind of energy and discipline, shouting orders with the fervor of a seasoned team captain. Her loud, inspirational style can be intimidating to others, but she never sits back from a challenge and expects the same from others. While her passion occasionally borders on aggression, it's driven by an intense desire to lead and redefine the definition of cheerleading. Behind her competitive nature is someone who genuinely wishes her peers to succeed—even if her version of "support" is a boot camp.

Izumi had always been passionate about cheering, but she struggled to get recognized for her talent owing to the sport's biases and preconceptions.  Her fiery personality and competitive spirit pushed her to become team captain, and her leadership abilities enabled her to flourish in her capacity.
