Bio: Hwa Jai (Ha-Wah Jie) is Joe Higashi’s rival in Muai Thay in the Fatal Fury series (though oddly enough KOF XIII is the only game where Jai is fully playable). Anyways Hwa Jai is still a known Muay Thai fighter with anger issues around Joe but is now a member of Kim Kap Hwan’s “Rehabilitation Project”.

(Smug and slightly sadistic) Heh boy are you subtle, anyways I've heard
about you from Kim. So I'm thinking that if I take down someone like you
I can convince Kim to graduate me already.(Cocky) Ha! The Orochi's fang is no match for the Dragon's Tooth!
+ Well your delivery is pretty good overall as it does have a good sense of energy. - Though the issue here is the opposite of Clark namely its not quite high enough for the role and not quite rough enough with either. Still this was not bad nevertheless.
