Akihiko immediately comes off to everyone he meets as self-centered and sly, often not caring for anything if it doesn't directly benefit him. Akihiko isn't a stranger at all to manipulating people and acting two-faced, so long as it means that he gets something out of it. Through all this, though, he otherwise presents himself in a peppy and flashy manner, loving to be the center of attention.
Akihiko's voice should be of a low-medium pitch, speaking in a sly, scheming and cunning cadence, as if he's deliberately going out of his way to get something out of you, be it a reaction or something tangible.
