A real political animal, motivated and driven by joys she finds whenever her boot steps over another opponent. Almost like it was a set of stairs that she naturally walks up through. Her voice is fitting to this way of living. She's haughty, agressive, dry at times, with a sardonic speech. She knows that with that sort of goal she claims to conquer, she needs to be firm, unyielding. Maybe at times she mistakes friendly banter for a challenge to her authority. Nevertheless she is surely a force to be reckoned with.

On top of that we could also use that voice template for generic characters if need would arise during development.
