A 29 dishonorable discharged Chinese-Hindi American veteran turned thief..not that he ever tell anyone. Thomas has more or less embraced the asshole sly smooth thief persona of the group.He wears a cool and smug area around him, more or less everything that comes out of his mouth is a lie. He sarcastically mocks and keeps his distance from most of his teammates not wanting to grow attached to a bunch of idiots. But when you shove the shit talking aside, he has your back as much as he doesn't want too and he usually behaves in a professional manner on missions.
The voice closest to what i’d picture for thomas would be Adachi persona 4 voice actor, Johnny Yong Bosch or some variation of the voice. But surprise me

Where I picked up lock picking?..Well, It’s more of a hobby of mine, I was a wild child back in my youth. A misguided youth. So picking the lock wasn’t that hard, kind of like riding a bicycle.
