An ex-dockhand with a heart of gold, taken before his time. Roughly in his 30s; kind, sincere and sentimental. Depending on player actions, his brief revival can either be heartwarming or utterly dire…
If resurrected correctly, his voice is ethereal, dreamlike, hushed and tender. Kindness and sadness in equal measure. If resurrected incorrectly, he will be guttural, animalistic, in constant agony. His actor needs to be able to perform both strongly.
Looking more for the Skyrim Dunmer voice-type than Morrowind, but please prioritize acting choices and delivery over trying to replicate a vocal fry or impression.
“Aena” pronounced “Ay - nuh” (like day / say / may)

(slow, soft, as if waking from deep sleep) It’s so cold… I’m not… [myself…] Aena, what have… you done…?
(soft, tender, almost pleading) Why could you not wait for me? For all the centuries I should outlive you, I would have waited, my love…
(straining, low and agonised, then a sudden, guttural roar) What haaave… you done…?! Aena… AENA!!
