Interesting, but Interplantech isn't a medical company and there's a lot of regulations in that field we might prefer to avoid. What are some other things you'd like to work on?
You want me to invent the job while I'm interviewing the candidate for it?
Your acting is good, but there's sound issues. It sounds like you're right on top of a microphone, which isn't where the character is supposed to be in any scene -- that ultra-close sound can't be pictured as anything but somebody talking into a mic. There's a bunch of noises that sound like your breath hitting the microphone. You could likely solve this by recording with the microphone to one side of you while talking straight ahead. There's also a fairly loud background hum that sounds like a computer, but I can probably get rid of that with a noise reduction pass.
