Do I even need to describe the voice to you?? Do I??? Tired, depressed, and a bit of a jokester. If you need more, watch anything undertale ever and watch him pop up 30 times in every video.
The most important part is being able to switch between his regular lazy joking self, and the final guardian of a dead underground.
If I had to guess, I'd say It's not quite closed and not quite open. Clopen, if you will. Kinda makes you wish we had a sign for that.
(more menacing and knowing towards the end) Y'know my bro would really like to see a real human, so it'd be great if you could keep pretending to be one for now.
