Almost forgot this one for the auditions since the character is only hinted at in the games; would have been a MASSIVE blunder for dubbing the comics.
Ideal voice is a slightly older teen girl, sounding more mature than her little sister Noelle (Livestreams linked above if you want to hear our Noelle for inspiration). I personally picture Dess as punk rock energy all the way and maybe a little tired, sounding like the teen that gives "sage advice to the younger generation" like which way to point your hat to run faster and how much food you can fit on your person before you get caught by the movie theatre workers.
