Head of Script writing oversees the writing team, ensures scripts are on schedule and meet tone/quality. You will not only be making sure the script is in good shape but also the script writers and editors' main lifeline. You are to give advice, help out when needed be and advocate for the team in Head of Production meetings. 

Tasks:

- Approve drafts.

- Coordinate story meetings and script writing meetings.

- Align scripts with series lore and production scope. 

- Give advice or suggest ideas to your peers on the script writing team

- Advocate for you and your team during production meetings.

- Give reports to the director about progress.

- Get scripts in by the deadline set.

- Review scripts alongside the episode outline, making sure they align before submitting the final draft for the Director's review.
