One of the two lackies of the infamous Team Skull, he is a trickster by nature and a bit of a bully to newer guild recruits. He believes he is conniving, but most individuals can see right through his hair-brained tricks.
Nasally voice, somewhat shrimpy. Other than him being a bad guy, he doesn’t sound too evil. His voice should not sound annoying.
