Lives in his fort made out of cardboard boxes on the rooftop of an abandoned storage building. Originally a successful businessman, now destitute, and making the best out of it. Puts on a facade of insanity.
Two sides to him. A calm, well spoken older man and Trevor Phillips without the homicidal rage.
