Drayce for Grovyle the Thief
A strong-willed Pokémon from the future that steals the Time Gears under any means necessary. In reality, he is trying to utilize the Gears to prevent the world's paralysis and darkness from influencing the minds of Pokémon. Despite his intimidating presence, he is actually quite straightforward and takes things at face value more often than not.
Grovyle is a thief, but not out of desire. Therefore he sounds more heroic and manly. He sounds somewhat dramatic, but not in the way of being annoying or irritating. He should sound elegant, cool, calm and collected. A deeper voice with some gravel should suffice.

(Determined) That would probably be me. I must apologize, but I will be taking that time gear. I have no choice then. You lost that fight. You sustained serious damage, so don't push it. Forgive me. I have no quarrel with any of you. But I am taking that time gear.
(Melancholy) That is impossible. I hate to say it...but morning never comes. This world...your future...it's a world of perpetual darkness. The sun never rises, so morning never comes. The darkness persists forever.
(Resolutely) Everything ends eventually. Even if history is not changed... Even if the world of darkness continues in its current state... Eventually the day will come when I won't be here anymore. Since that's the case, the timing of it doesn't matter. The important thing is not how long you live... It's what you accomplish with your life.
