Hypocrates' voice is raspy and uneven, and you can definitely tell he's been smoking for a very long time. He's rather awkward, and also rather melancholic.
Note: if you're curious about his name, it's pronounced Hippo-crate-ease. It's not supposed to be pronounced or spelled correctly!
