Background:

Friscesca Yong Handdaz, Prince Yong of High House Handdaz (pronounced; Rees Yawn-g Han-dAz )

Is our main male lead's BEST friend. He is VERY important to the story and its VERY important the right person voices him/them/her. He is an assassin and a prince of his father's court AND he is a mage. He's smart, cunning, bright, poised, and demure. he's great at parties and can make friends easily. but noone knows how loyal and down to earth he can be except our main male lead. Ris is intersex and LOVES this fact about his body. he dresses to suit both sexes or unisex, whichever way the wind blows that day. He will answer to any pronoun thrown his way...if they are said with respect. She is still a Prince, after all.

Test Lines---

(his best friend says to him, "How did you find me?" and Ris answers) "You killed a man on top of the tallest prison ever erected...how do you think I found you?"

(He and his buddy are leaving a court ball) "I do not display much. I keep my attire modest. Well tailored.

I am not like those other Princes with their loud scandals and bold displays of wealth. I am quite reserved. Rife with wisdom.

I don’t go about my efforts with gravitas. I enter primly, show face, and remove myself from the event with grace. Not with roaring fanfare. Not with bloody fists.

(this is further along in Ris's storyarc where he's discussing his marriage to a King who also happens to be a flower) "Siin you, sweet boy. He's a flower on his last petals.
