A competitive sister that dabbles in magic, always trying to one-up the other. Owell (pronounced "OW-well", as in "owl") has mastered the magical art of levitation, being able to manipulate and move objects at her leisure, hence why she is able to fly without moving her wings. Her sister scolds her for being irresponsible and not taking magic seriously, despite how fun they both find it. Tired of being reprimanded for just being herself, Owell will look for any way to prove she is the better twin sister, even if it means dabbling in dark arts. No one is sure who is the older of the two, as they were both adopted, and their birth certificates are nowhere to be found, but Owell seems to be the more "childish" of the two.

Owell's voice would probably be the higher of the two. A childlike take, whiny and innocent, seems the best route. A Cockney accent is recommended.
