Passage of the Wanderer: A Firnuvan Tale
Tabberdog for Dr. Cleria
The head scientist for the city of Eclipse and the person responsible for splitting The Wanderer from the Guiding Voice. Her motivations are largely a mystery though the Guiding Voice is of the belief that she is the secret leader of the Order of Flame having infiltrated Eclipse to steal their technology for the Order. Despite her position and power, her behavior is largely introverted and awkward, frequently stumbling over her words and embarrassing herself. She is someone who seems very used to having others do things for her rather than doing them herself as her own self-reliance is near absent. Her voice is hardly intimidating at all.
“Wh-wh-what are you doing here?! I thought I left you in Nimekal! You should’ve been intercepted by my agent hours ago! How did you even f-f-find me here?!”
“I-I-I don’t know what it is you’re trying to do exactly, but you should stop it now! I-I-I’m not afraid to get violent with you! I’ve got some powerful people behind me who’ll stop you!”
“I’m kind of annoyed, Roy. I have nearly the whole collection of figurines, but I’m just missing figure seven of the second set… Yeah, that’s the one with the suuuper cool pose. It’s like the best one out of set two save for the romantic one where they’re… Panobar’s Scales, is this thing on? OH GOD, HOW MUCH OF THAT DID YOU HEAR?! AAAAAAHHHH FORGET YOU HEARD ALL OF THAT!!! *click*”
Nice character break there at the end. No seriously! Dr. Cleria is a REALLY funny character and she should really embody that and make you want to laugh! It's good. While she of course must be hated by the characters cause she's the villain, she really should be completely loveable by the players. She's a total overdramatic dork. Play up the comedic aspects of the character, and make all her lines just really hilarious. Don't play for laughs, but don't try to play her like some hardcore criminal either. She's a nerd and she's hilariously awkward. Approach it naturally!
