This character doesn't have much of a set "personality" just quirks. Like an obsession with cleaning everything.
With that said, Toby Fox has quoted this as being one of his favorite characters... so we gotta get this one right! XD
I'd say try to make the voice sound Male, for sure. But on the cute side. With that said, this is an important line. So... keep that in mind as well.
