Ms. Crackle is a side character with an ever so eery presence and a creepier apple assistant!
Her voice, should contrast the more serious tone of Unhappy Appy, yet compliment the darkness and classroom horror the two radiate.
It can be completely unserious falsetto that's just slightly offputting, like a bird muppet with an annoying voice that will yell at you for being too neurodivergent in class. she can make random exclamations and sounds and tweak the hell out
here's a demo of me playing around with how the voices would sound/behave, but i dont think i want her sounding exactly like this at all lmao:
