Dawn McCormack for Captain Coe

Voice Actor
Voice Actor
Captain Coe
closed
Unpaid
Role assigned to: Terra

Profile: Coe is the final decision-maker on whether the crew can film at Hoover Dam. She’s not unreasonable, but her patience is thin. She’s had her fill of grandstanding men and flashy nonsense — she wants results, not spectacle. But beneath her discipline is someone who truly wants peace. If the Courier proves the vision is worth it, she’ll play along.

Voice type: Calm, experienced. Measured and pragmatic.

Vocal traits: Polished NCR command voice — formal but not stiff. Carries weight with minimal effort.

Key notes:

  • Keeps a cool head — rarely raises her voice.
  • Slight weariness behind the confidence; she’s seen too much.
  • Her final scene with the Khans should carry wary hope.

  • Alright. You’ve made your case. Despite what your director seems to think... here’s the deal: no gunfire, no explosions, and nothing that makes us look bad.

  • Everyone needs to take a step back!

  • And... we propose a, uh, mutually beneficial economic arrangement?...
