Kari is the primary antagonist of the game. Having been a previous winner of the Neon FightZ tournament, tying with another winner at the fifth tournament, Kari wanted to re-enter the tenth tournament. His entry wasn't denied, but he has been operating in the shadows using a network of criminals to increase his winning chances. His outward facing nature is calm and collected, but he is secretly manipulative.
