A mad Scientist, obsessed with evolution, and global domination. At times he tries to act like a James Bond villain, complete with sinister chuckles, and enjoys monologuing about how much a "Genius" he is; however, he easily gets frustrated with his incompetent henchmen, and he can't help but lose his cool demeanour if his plans go south. He shows up in this episode for a bit and one last time next episode in a more prominent role. I'm looking for someone who can be sinisterly subdued, and then have that evolve into sounding sarcasticly annoyed.
(Chuckles sinisterly) Number 28, dispatch some agents to deal with this man, who thinks he can best the House of Evolution.
(Aggressively sarcastic and sassy) No. Nothing's wrong! Everything's just fine, Number 28! Why I think this bald guy, who just wiped out some of my best agents, is just coming over for a tea party! And not to kill us!
(Calling out orders in panicked and frantic way) Number 52, activate the security turrets; Number 49, to the shield generator; 68, 42, and 35, wake up our secret weapon; 93, ready the escape pods; 31, arm all of the clones; and 17, stop playing with yourself and do something for Christ sake! We're under attack!
