You will need to have skype for fast communication.  I know people dont always check their ccc account or email, but everyone has skype on their mobile and desktop.  If you don't have skype it's free :)

Also you may be asked to fill in for other voice actors (specially during the summer when people get busy with family trips, gathers and such)
