TOC is the cold voice in your headset, coordinating movements, issuing commands, and logging your reports - even when what you’re reporting makes no damn sense. These operators are trained to stay composed no matter what, but some of them have heard things that don’t sit right.

You’ll voice comms operators, radio watchstanders, and the occasional major or staff sergeant who needs to deliver mission-critical info with no emotion -  or with just enough emotion to make it worse.

Traits: 

• Clear, steady, non-reactive delivery.
• Minimal emotion - just enough to feel human. 
• Can switch between standard radio brevity and slower, more personal replies.
