Oh, this is very close! I think take 2 of line 1 was much stronger and I'm glad it was included! :D I do think you put a lot of effort into making Halastair sound worn and tired! I think with some direction this voice could really shine for Halastair!

One dark, stormy night, he comes home finally after a gruesome battle alongside his comrades with a demon horde. However, he must return to his regiment after a two-week period.
