In the past, Nine used to be very similar to her daughter, Kokonoe, granted a lot more caring towards her friends, and extremely loving towards her sister, Celica. However, she had lost her mind after becoming the phantom, and now wishes to remake the world into a better one, by destroying the current one. Despite her supposedly evil nature and her antagonizing her former loved ones, she only still treats Celica the same.
