Shadowpool is a warrior who stars out in Crestclan. After having her first litter of kits with Umberdusk, she realizes she won't have enough food to keep her three kits alive and fed. After Cranestar refuses to break the Warrior Code to go hunt elsewhere, Shadowpool flees to Veilclan where she leaves Umberdusk for Cloudflower. The two she-cats end up adopting kits at the end of the series and they're happy with their new and old family.
