Role assigned to: Ellacrium

Damien Underhill is a lead protagonist for the Mars storyline of season 1 of Sedisverse. It will also be a returning role for any future seasons. Damien should have a British accent, and be a young adult male in his early 20s

Damien is a member of the Mars colony administration and the first born child on Mars. He is also secretly a sympathizer for the Martian strike movement under the name Maxwell Belltower, offering them information and aid. In the course of his efforts, he uncovers a plot to massacre the movement and risks everything to get warning to them in time. As a Martian born, he has never been on Earth, nor touched grass, nor seen an ocean or rain. His upbringing has left him physically weak, and prone to asthma attacks due to poisons in the mine tunnels. Despite his setbacks, he is courageous and keen to do the right thing.

The role will require some need for exertions such as running, fighting, taking hits and hard breathing.

A British accent is preferred, but not required, and other accents are free to apply.

Applicants will need to have their own recording equipment of decent quality and be able to send recorded files to us to be edited.

Unedited Wav files are preferred - editing and clean up is done in house.

Direction will be minimal as we can only work remotely in most cases, so some re records may be needed, but we aim to be available for any questions or queries you may have.

Voice description:
  • young
  • male young adult
  • Determined
  • Optimistic
  • Have you never wondered… what it must be like to stand beside a real sea? Stand on the Dover cliffs or a Devon beach and just watch the waves?

  • You mind telling me what this is about or do I have to keep guessing?

  • We have to get the message out. Whatever it takes. We have to get help…

Like this a lot actually! Though I notice the accent shifts for each line - the first one was a good match! Nicely done!
