Redford is a minor protagonist role for season 1 of the Sedisverse with scope to return in later seasons. Though written as male, this is not a requirement and female applicants are welcome to audition. The character should have a British accent, but this is a preference, not a requirement.

Redford is a deputy police chief in their late 30s/early 40s. They are part of the Southgates police station, stuck in the heart of one of Londons roughest districts. As such Redford is constantly dealing with cases as well as internal corruption and the eagle eye of the media. They have little time for displays of insubordination or of grand gestures and are too stressed to care for niceties.

The role will require only spoken lines, with no need for SFX such as exertions/fighting/etc

Applications with other accents are welcome, but British ones are preferred.

Applicants will need to have their own recording equipment of decent quality and be able to send recorded files to us to be edited. 

Unedited Wav files are preferred - editing and clean up is done in house.

Direction will be minimal as we can only work remotely in most cases, so some re records may be needed, but we aim to be available for any questions or queries you may have.
