One of the two lackies of the infamous Team Skull, not the brightest bulb in the box, but he is able to get the job done well due to being hardier compared to Zubat. Especially, since he is the secondary deadly force that makes up Team Skull's infamous stench.


His voice should sound like he’s large and bulky, somewhat deeper. He should not sound very smart, but not like a complete idiot either.
