Looking for a young adult / adult male voice that’s intimidating and soft spoken. Think quiet older brother that you really wouldn’t want to piss off.
Character description:
Charlie is a 23 year old jaded fugitive on the run for crimes he did not commit. He unintentionally intimidates everyone around him due to his often expressionless face and flat manner of speech. He means well and has a good heart, but you’d never be able to guess what he’s thinking. Charlie shouldn’t sound like an asshole, but definitely a guy you’d want to give some space. He’s an older brother, a good boyfriend, and perpetually tired dude.

Jett! You’ve got an awesome voice, after looking through your profile, I’m very fond of the narration voice you used in your “Audio Collection of Different Roles” specifically that passage when the character is describing the pain in their chest and stomach and lungs. Would you be open to trying adult Charlie’s lines again in that similar narrative monotone voice? He’s a fairly flat character. I think your higher pitched male voice (if you go just a smidge more childish) would knock it out of the park for kid Charlie as well. You’d be solid for both versions of the character. If you’re interested, I would love to hear your takes! If not I completely understand and respect your time :) rock on, dude!
