Sophie Squirrel is Charlie and Douglas’s overly affectionate, nut-obsessed neighbor who never seems to run out of energy—or pastries. She’s endlessly chatty, wildly unpredictable, and more than happy to insert herself into any situation involving her two favorite bachelors. While most neighbors avoid her, Charlie and Douglas have learned to (mostly) tolerate her... and even rely on her more than they’d like to admit.
- High pitch, bright and bubbly, with a musical lilt that can jump to squeaks when excited.
- Retro-American vibe (think vintage sitcom mom); fast-talking but always crystal-clear.

(cheerful and sing-songy) WHOO'S HUNGRYYY?! I knew you boys needed a pick-me-up, so I whipped up a fresh batch of my world-famous walnut-almond-hazelnut-pecan-macadamia-chestnut-berry-buckwheat-banana muffins!
(overly enthusiastic, mile-a-minute) So! What's the ruckus, boys? I heard a whole lotta roaring and thudding, and I thought, "Mercy me, is someone being eaten up here?" And if they are, I just had to pop by to save the day—or at least bring baked goods to the crime scene. (“Boris... rent... eviction..”) (gasping) Eviction?! Oh, honeybuns, not my darling boys! No, no, no, that won’t do! I simply won't have it! Who else is gonna eat all my baking triumphs?! You know what this calls for? A plan! A Sophie-certified, foolproof, tried-and-true, slightly risky-but-always-has-heart plan!
(proud, commericial-like voice) Behold! Hop to the Top Career Counseling! Only the finest, fastest, most "get-your-life-together" place this side of Urbanopolis! They’ll fix you boys up real quick, yes sirree bob! (flirtatiously at Charlie) Who knows, maybe they’ll just hire you to stand there lookin’ pretty. Giddy up, stallion!

Hahaha that comes from this kids song I used to do for teaching camps back in Japan. The song is about making cake so I think in my improv brain I connected muffins with cake. It is a really catchy song :)
