One of the executives seen in Sterling Robotics Headquarters who is told about Emmy's malfunction in the board meeting. While accepting Dr. Webb's suggestion on what to do about Emmy's malfunction at first, he would later suggest an upgraded version of Emmy to Ted as the start of their Nandroid 2.0 line later on in the story.
Voice-wise, I could see him sound similar to Phil Hartman or Bob Odenkirk. Any type of fast-talking business men would be good for this executive.
