Romeo may seem like a man who has his life together, but in reality he's a total boy failure who tries to be a mature adult but it only takes him one small comment to rile him up and get him all flustered. He's a 30 year old divorced man who was sent down to old earth due to the fact that after his divorce, he had an identity crisis and fell behind on work. 

As for voice direction, he has a gentle voice that get's a little high when he's flustered or embarrassed, but most of the time he tries to stay calm and encouraging.
