Casey Jones is a supporting human character in TMNT. He is a vigilante with a... colorful personality., He typically wears an ice hockey mask and biking gloves, and wields weapons that are usually sporting equipment. As a vigilante, often comparable to "Dirty Harry", he goes after criminals of all kinds, from armed robbers to litterers. In the 80s series, not once does he ever take off his mask, even when he once went undercover.
