Krang, another major antagonist the Ninja Turtles face. A brain-like creature who operates the Technodrome. He is an ally of the Shredder, though he does not view the Turtles and Splinter as mortal enemies like Shredder does. Krang views them as annoying obstacles that are in the way of his grand scheme of taking over Earth. Krang also has an interesting vocal tic in a lot of his dialogue.
