Marion for Julia
Julia is a member of the Zwei Association, the first guests to enter the Library during the Urban Legend chapter. She and San team up to investigate the Library, only for both of them to get booked. Julia is compassionate and kindhearted, generally able to keep her cool and strongly caring for her friends... even if that sense of kindness doesn't really help her out.
For this role, I'm looking for a high voice able to be friendly and kind. Nothing super special for her; she's a pretty straightforward character and is shown to be more empathetic than most, especially compared to her compatriots in the Zwei.

[Teasing Isadora after some good news.] "It's all thanks to the masterful data analysis by our lovely Isadora from Section 6 that this case could be handled so quickly, right? That's my girl!"
[Musing on the Distortion Phenomenon.] "A coworker told me a similar story. Said a resident in the area they were peacekeeping was suddenly distorted and transformed into a four-legged beast, even though there weren't any signs of danger or anomaly nearby."
